B&B accommodation in the Main Lodge
The Main Lodge is our guesthouse and boasts four luxury en-suite B&B rooms, one B&B suite and a B&B studio, all of which have lovely sea views and air-conditioning. Rooms come with a complementary breakfast and delicious cheese boards and simple dinners are served on request.
Prices from R1950 per night, depending on occupancy and season.
Self-catering lodges
We have 2 self-catering lodges with fully equipped open-plan kitchens, lounge with satellite TV & fireplace, 3 bedrooms, a braai/bbq area in your own private garden and Hot Tub, and a large balcony with panoramic views.
Prices range from R3800 – R5500 per lodge per night
Skaap Huis
our Villa in the vineyard
Skaap Huis is surrounded by 3 hectares of Skaap wines vineyards. From the east patio you have a magnificent view over the vineyard onto the Hottentot Holland mountains. On the west patio you have your own pool and gas BBQ area. This beautiful 4 bedroom house is ideal for families and friends that want to stay somewhere quiet while being close to all the attraction that this area has to offer.
Prices range start from R9600 per night for 7 night stays.
Conference & FUNCTION venue
Lalapanzi is a unique venue where delegates can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the unspoiled natural surroundings while being less than 40 mins from CPT International Airport.
Conference packages are tailor-made to meet your exact requirements and we prepare our meals to meet all dietary requirements. There's a fully equipped conference room, a cosy living room for breakaway sessions, and a large dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Maximum of 15 delegates seated u-shaped or 30 cinema style.
Weddings
Lalapanzi is the perfect venue to host an intimate wedding. We create personalised wedding packages for 8 - 24 guests. We make sure that you'll receive personal service, delicious food and wine and of course, stunning views.
Lodge facilities

We're situated on an exclusive secure country estate 15-20 mins drive from Somerset West and under 50 mins from Cape Town Int Airport. We're perfectly located to take advantage of all that the Cape Winelands has to offer, including: Gordon's Bay (beach) 7 km. Somerset West 8km. Stellenbosch 30km. Cape Town, Table Mountain and The Waterfront approximately 52km. Franschhoek 58km. Hermanus 68km.

“It is the second time that we spent 2 weeks in Lalapanzi Lodge. We were staying in the self catering Phezulu Lodge as before. We enjoyed every single day staying in Lalapanzi. Nothing to complain. Wonderful people, nice friendly, overly helpful. Rose and Marie-Helene are awesome hosts and the girls are super nice and have a good humour. The overall service is outstanding. The lodge was very clean and the service comes in all days except sundays. The bed is very comfortable (we only used the master bedroom in the lodge). We did not cook, but all amenities for doing so are available. Although self-catering, we used the breakfast offer once and it was a phantastic choice. The views both from the main lodge, as well as from the self-catering lodges are spectacular. You can just sit on the large terrace and take in the wonderful views on false bay and the mountains, changing with the day and the wheather. You can walk in Wedderwill Estate in nature and we even used the nearby lake for a swim. This lodge is 100% recommendable. It is super safe, within reach of all the nice things to do in the area, such as restaurants, wineries, golf courses, beach and Cape Town is within 45 minutes. Supermarkets are also within reach and offer an ample choice. There is nothing we did not like about the Lodge. Thank you Marie-Helène and Rose for a wonderful stay. Judith & Joachim
